There is a special menu created just for that table, prepared and served by the Chef himself.

HOW DID WE COME ABOUT?
Working as a chef means working most of the time so I wanted to make sure my family could enjoy tasty meals when I couldn’t be there to cook for them. Upon searching in stores and online for healthy, flavorful herb and spice blends I found there to be a void. Many blends on the market today contain mostly salt and have very little other flavor. Others contain MSG-a known carcinogen and brain cell killer. Still others contain zero salt and therefore, no seasoning to enhance the flavors. Yes, famous chefs have their own line of blends but they are NOT organic. Yes, there are organic blends but do the ingredients work together and just who came up with them?
This is what sets us apart from all others on the market today!
These blends were born using years of experience as a chef, in all areas of the industry.
This company was born out of a need for healthy, flavorful herb and spice blends for busy families and home cooks.
John Breun
“JB” grew up helping his mom in the kitchen and by age 8 had already created a herb and spice mix and buttery sauce for chicken. JB started Chef’s Table Brand™ after working under Celebrity Chef Rodelio Aglibot, “The Food Buddha”; Chefs Wes Lieberher and John Wayne “Duke” Formica; And Chicago Chefs Troy Graves and David Perlick. He has worked in a number of different restaurants from privately held to corporate chains and has held numerous positions including Executive Chef, Head Chef, Field Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Lead Line Cook, Line Cook, Prep Cook and Expo-he has worked every position on the line. He brings with him his passion for cooking, his eye-catching presentations and his goal of “over-the-top” hospitality. His interests include photography, skydiving, music, theater, sports, boating, volunteering and spending time with family and friends. John lives in Lake in the Hills with his wife Jennifer and daughter Helen, who are more than willing to do quality control on all of his new dishes.
